Director / Registered Valuer
The firm is led by Scott Morison who has 18 years valuation and property experience throughout Auckland and Northland across residential, lifestyle, commercial and development sectors including for mortgage, sale, litigation, and compensation purposes. Nowadays Scott undertakes valuations throughout the region, including land damage valuations for EQC associated with Cyclone Gabrielle.
Registered Valuer
Matt is a Registered Valuer with a degree in Finance, Valuation and Property Management, and has been working in the property industry for a number of years specialising in residential and lifestyle valuations. He is friendly, has a strong attention to detail, a relaxed attitude and excellent local knowledge having grown up in Rodney. Outside of property Matt enjoys surfing and running, and will often be outdoors whether it be on the farm or down at the beach.
Registered Valuer
Originally from Hungary, Marta has lived the past 9 years with her family in rural Puhoi. She undertakes residential and lifestyle property valuations throughout north Auckland with a focus on the Hibiscus Coast and surrounding areas.
Prior to Morison Property she worked for a larger Auckland based valuation firm, with a principal focus on residential property, including smaller development sites throughout the region.
Real Estate Consultant
Mike brings a wealth of experience, including over forty years in international sales, marketing, and management. He previously owned a successful multi-office real estate agency and contributes real world industry and governance expertise.
Always open to new ideas and practises, Mike enjoys assisting with the innovation process and driving new opportunities in the business.

Tosca handles all the financial and administrative tasks at Morison Property. With considerable corporate experience both in New Zealand and Europe, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and has been with us since 2016. Tosca enjoys the flexible work environment allowing her to comfortably balance family time with office commitments.
